These four guys and one woman are just legendary and I wish they would have had them included in the later games of the series as well. And by the way, I truly miss the world wonder videos from the game, as well as my crowd of video advisors for military, science, trade, diplomacy and people’s happiness. And I would be therefore very happy if GOG could get its hands on this outstanding classic. Would I buy and play it when it comes out on GOG, even if I already own Civilization IV with all of its addons in its original disc form and as a digital copy from GOG? Indeed, I would.
I grew up with Civilization II and although it has its flaws, compared to Civilization IV, it is still a timeless classic and there is obviously a good reason for the fact that most Civilization players still consider Civilization II as the best game of the entire series, at least from what I have heard many years ago. In my opinion only Civilization IV is superior to Civilization II. I am also very surprised about the fact that Civilization III and IV are on GOG, but Civilization II is not.
